Planned Giving

Plan a gift that will make a huge difference in the lives of people struggling through circumstances of injustice, poverty and disaster, while at the same time maximizing your tax advantages and taking care of your family’s needs.

Giving a planned gift or bequest may be an opportunity for you to make a much larger gift than you had ever imagined possible. Your gift could be immediate such as a gift of stock... or it could be a future gift, arranged now, but given to CRWRC in the future. You may also designate your gift to the Joseph Fund through which CRWRC will maximize your gift by investing it wisely and accumulating interest to be used for CRWRC programs over a period of seven years.

Barnabas Foundation (USA) and Christian Stewardship Services (Canada) can help ensure your financial and estate plans reflect your priorities.  Through the Barnabas Foundation and CSS, you can receive free, confidential advice from a qualified professional on how to give gifts of appreciated securities, set up income producing deposit agreements, charitable gift annuities, bequests, endowments, and gifts of retirement savings and life insurance to Christian charities like CRWRC.

For more information, contact Bob Laarman at 800-55-CRWRC or

Top 3 Things You Should Know About Barnabas Foundation

CRWRC is a proud member of Barnabas Foundation which allows us to offer you a special opportunity at no cost. Barnabas Foundation provides personal professional Estate Planning assistance with a distinctly Christian perspective. This perspective distinguishes them from others who provide Estate Planning information and advice.  Here are three things you should know about how Barnabas Foundation can serve you:

  1. Services.  Estate Planning is not only for the wealthy but is important to everyone. The friendly professionals from Barnabas Foundation will be happy to provide clear and easy-to-understand Estate Planning information, regardless of the size of your estate, your age or stage of life. For example, in a confidential meeting, one of their Christian Attorneys can assist you with everything from advice about a basic Will to more advanced planning strategies that will impact your family’s future. You’ll also learn how to develop charitable gifts, for your particular situation, in the most tax-efficient manner.  Committed to the principles of Christian stewardship, Barnabas Foundation helps Christians manage their financial resources in a way that honors God.

  2. Cost. There is never a charge for visits with Barnabas Foundation, thanks to the annual contributions made by the Foundation's nearly 200 Christian member organizations, such as CRWRC. Your visit is confidential and there is no pressure. In fact, Barnabas Foundation representatives do not ask for any gifts nor do they sell or encourage any particular financial or investment products.
