Responding to Urgent Needs
All around the world, CRWRC's International Disaster Response team responds to natural and man-made disasters, bringing relief and aid to those who need it most.
CRWRC works in cooperation with local and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in order to respond quickly and effectively to the urgent needs of a community. Local expertise and knowledge provided by partners is invaluable to the work of CRWRC, especially where there are no CRWRC community development projects.
CRWRC receives significant financial support through its membership in the Canadian Foodgrains Bank (CFGB) and from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
